Government Industrial Training Institute (ITI) Pattan, located in Baramulla district of Jammu & Kashmir, was established in 1985 to provide technical and vocational education to local youth. Initially operating from a rental facility, the institute expanded its infrastructure and shifted to its own modern, custom-built campus in 2005.
Situated conveniently on the Srinagar–Baramulla National Highway (NH1A), just 1 km from main Pattan town and 2 km from Pattan Railway Station, the institute is accessible to students from across Baramulla and Srinagar. The institute functions under the Directorate of Skill Development, J&K, and operates under the Public Private Partnership (PPP) scheme for continuous infrastructure upgradation.
